Official Terms and conditions of pro-bono services.

Scope of Services: The pro-bono services will be limited to grant identification and grant writing services.

• Eligibility: The pro-bono services will be available to qualifying nonprofits that meet the following criteria:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) organization.

  • Have a revenue of less than $100,000.

  • Be located in the United States.

  • Be working on a project that aligns with our mission.

• Application Process: To apply for pro-bono services, you must submit a completed application form. The application form can be found on our website.

• Selection Process: The selection process will be based on the following criteria:

  • The alignment of the project with our mission.

  • The need for the services.

  • The qualifications of the nonprofit.

• Duration of Services: The pro-bono services will be provided for a period of three months.

• Termination: The pro-bono services may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason.

• Confidentiality: All information shared with us during the course of the pro-bono services will be kept confidential.

• Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the pro-bono services.
